Pickup and Delivery Questions
Schedule a pickup, leave your laundry out for us, and we’ll collect it, wash it, fold it, and bring it back to your door within 48 hours. You don’t have to leave home or set foot in a laundromat.
We currently pick up and deliver in Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, and Eden. We also own and operate four laundromats across the Triad.
We offer pickup and delivery Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7am to 7pm.
Pickup and delivery is priced by the pound at $1.80 per pound for recurring service and $1.90 a pound for as-needed orders, with a $40 minimum order. You’ll know your total once your laundry is weighed. There is a $5.00 delivery fee for as-needed orders. There is no fee for recurring orders. Same day service is available.
Yes! New customers get 20% off their first order, and customers who sign up for recurring service also get a free laundry bag.
Recurring service picks up your laundry on a regular schedule, so you never have to think about it. As-needed service lets you book a pickup whenever you want one.
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours. Orders picked up on Friday are returned on Monday.
We’ll use whatever you prefer, including detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Name brands like Tide and Gain are available for a small upcharge.
Yes. We separate whites and colors, and we can also separate lights and darks on request.
Absolutely. Let us know how you’d like items handled, and we’ll follow your instructions. We can also spot-treat stains.
We can do both. We’ll fold your laundry, match your socks, and hang items you’d like on hangers. Clean laundry is wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh on the way back to you.
